At The Priest House Hotel, we believe in serving fresh food with the finest ingredients. This is why your hot breakfast is cooked to order and served at your table. A delicious cold buffet is also available with cereals, yoghurts, freshly baked breads and pastries and a selection of fruits, cheeses and cold meats. Our specialities include French toast and Arbroath smokies.

    • Pork and leek sausage
    • Carrot, onion and thyme vegetarian sausage
    • Grilled dry cured bacon
    • Thyme roasted flat mushroom
    • Slow roast tomato
    • Local black pudding
    • Hash browns
    • Baked beans
    • Choice of eggs – fried, scrambled or poached

    • Scotch pancakes, served with maple syrup and soft fruits or dry cured bacon
    • French toast, brioche French toast with natural yoghurt and seasonal coulis
    • Eggs benedict, toasted muffin with Parma ham and hollandaise sauce
    • Poached haddock, toasted muffin with haddock, poached egg and hollandaise sauce
    • Arbroath smokies, served with butter and parsley sauce
    • Low calorie egg white omelette, choice of filling – cheese, ham, mushroom, tomato, potato, onion or plain
    • Porridge, made with a choice of milk, cream or water served with local honey, brown sugar, or salt
    • Smoked salmon, served on toasted rye bread with scrambled eggs
    • Spiced toasted tea cake, served with butter and preserves
